Regulatory Authorities Under NREPA: Part 301, Inland Lakes and Streams, of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act, 1994 PA 451, as amended (NREPA) The applicant proposes: To construct a new 24 slip marina at 186 South Division St, Holland, Michigan. The applicant proposes to place a total of twenty-four 12 foot by 12 foot boat lifts. The applicant proposes to place a total of 447 linear feet of 6 foot wide dock and 360 linear feet of 4 foot wide dock. The applicant also proposes to construct a 30 foot long by 6 foot wide kayak launch with a 20 foot long by 13 foot wide transfer platform and a 9 foot wide by 25 foot long ramp. Lastly, the applicant proposes to install a stormwater outlet structure to Lake Macatawa and place approximately 7 cubic yards of riprap at the outlet to dissipate the energy.
