NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
THE RESIDENTS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PARK
OTTAWA COUNTY, MICHIGAN

There will be public hearings before the Park Township Zoning Board of Appeals on Monday, February 7, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. or thereafter at the Park Township Hall, 52 – 152nd Avenue to consider the following matters:

Hearing 1
A request by Ken Cochrane, to permit construction of a home and garage addition with a front yard setback of 21 feet 5 inches where 40 feet is required per section 38-276(1) of the Park Township Zoning Ordinance. Said lands and premises are located at 4263 N. 160th Ave., Holland, Michigan 49424, Parcel 70-15-35-202-008, zoned R-3 Low Density Single-Family Residential District.

Hearing 2
A request by Doug Windemuller, to permit the addition of two lean-tos (covered storage areas) to an existing accessory structure for a total accessory structure size of 2360 sq ft where 1742.4 sq ft is allowed per section 38-491(b)(1)b of the Park Township Zoning Ordinance. Said lands and premises are located at 16069 Riley St., Holland, Michigan 49424, Parcel 70-15-10-400-007, zoned R-1 Rural Estate District.

Written comments will be received concerning these requests at the Park Township Office through the date of the hearing or may be emailed to zba@parktownship.org. The Township of Park will provide necessary and reasonable auxiliary aids and services at this hearing, such as signers for hearing-impaired persons and audiotapes of printed materials for visually impaired persons, upon receipt of five days’ prior notice.
