There will be public hearings before the Park Township Zoning Board of Appeals on December 6, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. or thereafter at the Park Township Hall, 52 152nd Avenue to consider the following matters:

Hearing 1
A request by Kory Boeve, to permit construction of a three-season room with a rear yard setback of 44.5 feet where 50 feet is required per Section 38-216(3) of the Park Township Zoning Ordinance.  Said lands and premises are located at 4263 N. 160th Ave. Holland, MI 49424, Parcel 70-15-03-400-025, zoned R-1 Rural Estate District.

Hearing 2
A request by Justin Schutmaat Builders, on behalf of Brian Hagood, to expand an existing detached garage with a front yard setback of 63 feet where 80 feet is required per Section 38-491(e) of the Park Township Zoning Ordinance. Said land and premises are located at 3360 N. 168th Ave, Holland, MI 49424, Parcel 70-15-10-300-006, Zoned R-1 Rural Estate District.

Written comments by mail at the Park Township Office or Email at will be received concerning these requests through the date of the hearing by 3:00 p.m. The Township of Park will provide necessary and reasonable auxiliary aids and services at this hearing, such as signers for hearing-impaired persons and audiotapes of printed materials for visually impaired persons, upon receipt of five days’ prior notice.

Board members, applicants, and anyone wishing to speak during public comment must attend in person.
