Splitting a parcel of land in Park Township is not difficult but it does take some paperwork to complete the process. There are 2 different procedures for splitting land.
One is for land that we call “metes and bounds”, that is, land that is not in a recorded subdivision.
The other is for land that is in a recorded subdivision.
