The Pump House Museum and Learning Center, at 2282 Ottawa Beach Road in Holland is open daily from June 29 through August 5 from 1 to 5pm. Admission is free.

Our major exhibit is currently  “Big Red Lighthouse: from navigational aid to cultural icon”. It is a carefully researched story of the development of Holland Harbor and the various stages of its lighthouses starting in 1870.

We are presenting another summer of interesting live speaker programs:

July 11 – “How I Research and write my novels ” with Lynn Ausin

July 18 – “Riding Across the Sands of Time: Dune Rides, Dune Scooters, Dunes Schooners, Dunes mobiles & Dune Buggies  with M. Christine Byron and Thomas R. Wilson

Start time of each speaker event is 7:00pm, always free admission, seating limited to 75 persons.
