There will be public hearings before the Park Township Planning Commission at the Park Township Hall, 52 – 152nd Avenue, on Tuesday, July 11, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. or thereafter for the purpose of considering the following.

Item #1. A request by James and Tami VanHarn for special use authorization to allow a home occupation per Section 38-506(3) of the Park Township Code of Ordinances. Said land and premises are located at 2245 Auburn Ave., Holland, MI. (Parcel #70-15-33-283-011, R-4)

Item #2. A request by Brent Hoitenga OBO BRJ LLC to rezone a parcel of land from R-4 Medium Density One and Two Family Residence District to R-5 Low Density Multiple Family Residence District. Said land and premises are located on the northwest corner of Butternut Dr. and 148th Ave., Holland, MI. (Parcel #70-15-12-300-010, R-4)

Item #3. A request by Benjamin’s Hope, 15468 Riley St. to amend the PUD site plan to allow for the addition of a greenhouse and a single family home. Said land and premises are located at 15468 Riley St., Holland, MI. (Parcel #70-15-14-200-038, PUD/AGR)

The proposed text and map for the rezoning request may be examined at the Park Township Office during normal business hours.

Written comments will be received concerning these requests at the Park Township Office through the date of the hearing or may be emailed to  The Township of Park will provide necessary and reasonable auxiliary aids and services at this hearing, such as signers for hearing-impaired persons and audiotapes of printed materials for visually impaired persons, upon receipt of five days prior notice.
