NOTICE OF DANGEROUS BUILDING HEARING
TOWNSHIP OF PARK
OTTAWA COUNTY, MICHIGAN

There will be a hearing before the Park Township Dangerous Building Hearing Officer held electronically via Zoom due to the presences of Coronavirus (COVID 19), on Thursday, December 3, 2020, at 2:00 p.m. or thereafter for the purpose of considering the following matter:

Item #1.  Consideration of the building located upon 1397 West Lakewood Boulevard and whether said building is a dangerous building. Subject property is located on the north side of West Lakewood Boulevard, east of Silveridge Drive, Holland, MI 49424. (Parcel 70-15-23-200-071, Zoned R-3 Low Density One Family Residence District)

The Park Township Building Inspector has found the building on said property to be a dangerous building. The property owner shall have the opportunity at the hearing to show cause as to why the Hearing Officer should not order the building or structure to be demolished, otherwise made safe, or properly maintained.

Written comments will be received concerning these requests at the Park Township Office through the date of the hearing or may be emailed to cwarden@parktownship.org. The Township of Park will provide necessary and reasonable auxiliary aids and services at this hearing, such as signers for hearing-impaired persons and audiotapes of printed materials for visually impaired persons, upon receipt of five days prior notice.

This notice has been served on the owner of the subject building, in accordance with the last local tax assessment records of Park Township, per Section 10-146(b) of the Park Township Buildings and Building Regulations Ordinance. This notice has also been posted upon a conspicuous part of the subject building at least 10 days before the date of the hearing included in this notice.
