NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING
PARK TOWNSHIP PLANNING COMMISSION
PARK TOWNSHIP, OTTAWA COUNTY, MICHIGAN

There will be a public hearing before the Park Township Planning Commission at the Park Township Hall, 52 – 152nd Avenue, on Tuesday, February 21, 2017, at 6:30 p.m. or thereafter to consider and review the following matter:

A request for a variances from the Subdivision Design Standards listed in Chapter 18, Article II: Division 3 of the Park Township Code of Ordinances, by Ike Koetje of ICK Properties for the proposed plat of Timberline Acres West #6. The request is to allow one block 1,850 feet in length where a maximum 1,000 feet in length is allowed per Section 18-87(c). Said land and premises comprise approximately 21 acres of property located southeast of 152nd Ave. and Silver Fir Dr. (Parcel #70-15-13-100-027, PUD/AG)

Written comments will be received concerning the requests at the Park Township Office through the date of the hearing or may be emailed to planning@parktownship.org.  The Township of Park will provide necessary and reasonable auxiliary aids and services at this hearing, such as signers for hearing-impaired persons and audiotapes of printed materials for visually impaired persons, upon receipt of five days prior notice.

THE RESIDENTS OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PARK
OTTAWA COUNTY, MICHIGAN

There will be a public hearing before the Planning Commission of Park Township, Ottawa County, Michigan at the Park Township Hall, 52 – 152nd Avenue, on Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. or thereafter for the purpose of considering the following amendments to the Park Township Zoning Ordinances.

To delete and restate in its entirety Article III: District Regulations, Division 8 Planned Unit Development (PUD), and to incorporate Sections 38-377 through 38-401 and 38-404 through 38-405 as new Articles IX Manufactured Housing Community and X Open Space Preservation Development; to amend the definition of Gross Usable Acre, and add a definition of Net Buildable Acreage.
