The Park Township Board of Ottawa County, Michigan, on March 8, 2018 adopted the following ordinance to the Park Township Code of Ordinances effective March 23, 2018.

An ordinance to amend Section 38-36 Special Use Authorization; Section 38-66(1) Zoning Board of Appeals Jurisdiction and Powers; Section 38-103 Site Plan Standards; to create Section 38-107 Expiration of Site Plan Approval, and Section 38-108 Amendments to Approved Site Plan; to amend Section 38-214(7) R-1 Rural Estate District Use Regulations; Section 38-276(3) R-3 Low Density Single Family Area Regulations; Section 38-306(3) R-4 Medium Density Single and Two Family Area Regulations; Section 38-336 R-5 Low Density Multifamily Area Regulations; Section 38-423 C-1 Neighborhood Business Use Regulations; Section 38-452 C-2 Resort Service District Use Regulations; Sections 38-483(e) and (h) Area, height and use conditions and exceptions; Section 38-500(a) Moving of Building; Section 38-506(3) Home Occupations; and Section 38-507 Single Family Dwellings of the Park Township Zoning Ordinance.
